DVC 6200 Repair – Viet Nhat Petroleum

Information:
DVC 6200 Valve.

Condition:
The valve is not operating.

MOG’s Solutions:

• Removed the positioner for inspection; based on the screen not displaying anything when powered, identified the cause as a faulty main circuit board.

• Tested by replacing the main circuit board with another of the same type.

• Installed the positioner on the valve and checked operation; the valve functioned normally.

• Proceeded to order and fully replace the main circuit board to restore normal DVC operation
