Logix 3800 Locator Repair – MASAN

Information:

Logix 3800 Series Positioner.

Condition:

The customer has supported the mounting process for the damaged positioner.

MOG’s Solutions:

–  Supplied air gradually to the actuator to check if it operates smoothly.
– Installed the Logix 3800 onto the ATS actuator body.
– Calibrated the feedback shaft to ensure the actuator stroke matches the positioner.
– Checked the feedback shaft opening angle to determine the optimal range.
– Performed calibration on the positioner to set the actuator stroke.
– Verified that the positioner controls the actuator to open and close normally.
– Allowed the customer to test operation at 0% – 25% – 50% – 75% – 100%

Recommendation to Customer:

Ensure the mounting and feedback shaft connection are more secure.
