Batch of 40 safety valves
Condition:
Many valves are stuck; valve bodies are corroded; upper and lower discharge rings are severely corroded; valve discs have light rust
MOG’s Solutions:
Removed all valves from the system and disassembled each component;
Cleaned the valve bodies and valve discs;
Replaced the upper and lower discharge rings;
Reassembled the valve batch and performed testing after repair.
