DVC 2000 Repair – Vien Dong Petroleum

Information:
Fisher FIELDVUE DVC 2000.

Condition:
The valve does not respond to control signals.

MOG’s Solutions:

• Removed the positioner for inspection; based on the screen not displaying anything when powered, identified the cause as a faulty main circuit board.

• Tested by replacing the main circuit board with another of the same type.

• Installed the positioner on the valve and tested operation; the valve worked normally.

• Proceeded to order and fully replace the main circuit board to restore normal DVC operation.
