Condition:
TRIM (Plug and Seat) scratched.

• Removed the valve for inspection;

• Identified the cause of damage: foreign objects and welding slag fell inside the valve, scratching the TRIM;

• Performed welding buildup, cleaned, and polished the valve surfaces;

• Reassembled and tested according to FCI 70-2 standards.
